Mexican Corn Bread

Now this is good eating, especially with BBQ and slaw.  Throw in a hot platter of home fries, and oh man, you've got heaven.  :)

Ingredients:
      -  3 eggs, beaten
      -  1 c. onion, chopped
      -  3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
      -  1/2 c. oil
      -  1 c. cheddar or sharp cheese, grated
      -  1/2 c. milk
      -  1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
      -  1/2 tsp. salt
      -  dash garlic salt
      -  1 (17 oz) can cream style corn

Directions:
1)  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix all ingredients and put into 8"x10" baking pan. 
2)  Bake for 45-55 minutes.
