- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 medium chopped onion
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese- 1 large bag of tator tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1) Brown beef and onions; drain
2) Mix all ingredients together and spread in casserole dish. Put tator tots on top (can be frozen)
3) Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes, uncovered.
