FAMILY FAVORITE - SERVED EVERY CHRISTMAS MORNING!

Preheat oven to: 350 degrees Cook time: 1 hour
Needs to be prepped night before
Ingredients:
- 10 slices of bread, crumbled (toasted french bread is the best)
- 1 lb sausage, drained
- 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
Directions:
Prep night before:
1) Crumble bread and cover bottom of lightly greased 13"x9" casserole dish. Fry sausage in a skillet, drain and crumble. Distribute crumbled sausage on top of bread crumbs.
2) Put 1 1/2 c. grated cheese on top.
3) Beat 5 eggs and 1 c. milk and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight
Next day:
1) Mix 1 can soup and 1/2 c. milk. Pour over top.
2) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
